My Mission

Tired of feeling buried under emails and endless calendar invites? That's where Frantastic Virtual Assistant comes in. I provide calm, reliable support behind the scenes - managing your inbox, coordinating your diary and bringing structure to the day-to-day tasks that can quietly drain your time and headspace. 


This isn't just about ticking off a to-do list; it's about creating clarity, reducing overwhelm and giving you back mental space to focus on your clients, your work and the bigger picture.


My approach is built on professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly, personal touch. I bring years of high-level experience to every task, ensuring your business runs smoothly and your administrative support feels consistent, dependable and thoughtfully handled.

A small example of my support in action

A client recently approached me because they wanted printed leaflets for their services but felt unsure where to start. Their ideas were clear in conversation, but translating them into something structured and usable felt overwhelming.


I created an initial layout and helped shape the wording so each service felt clear, consistent and easy to adapt over time. Once the foundation was in place, the client was able to confidently refine the wording and move forward with printing.


This is often how I support clients — providing a calm starting point, bringing structure to ideas and helping things move from “in my head” to something practical and usable.


Whether it’s inbox systems, diary management or client materials, my role is to make things feel clearer, lighter and easier to manage.

Welcome to Frantastic Virtual Assistant - Your personal assistant

Hello, I’m Frances, founder of Frantastic Virtual Assistant.


My career has been built on trust, efficiency and a strong understanding of complex business environments. 


I spent 18 years working as an Executive Assistant in the fast-paced world of investment consulting, followed by 8 years in client onboarding, supporting the contracting and smooth transition of corporate pension scheme clients.


This experience means I’m comfortable managing detail, bringing structure to busy workloads and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes — skills I now bring to the business owners I support today.


When I’m not supporting clients, I’m at home in Smallfield, Surrey with my husband, two teenage daughters and a full house that includes a golden retriever and two cats. To recharge, you’ll usually find me at the gym, at a spin class or enjoying yoga and Pilates. I also love cooking, spending time with family and getting absorbed in a good documentary or crime drama.


I created Frantastic Virtual Assistant to provide calm, reliable support so business owners can focus on what matters most.

Inbox Detox

Inbox Detox (Reset & Rebuild)

When an inbox has become overwhelming, it can feel impossible to know where to start.  My Inbox Detox service provides a reset - clearing out the noise, surfacing what matters and creating a system that feels manageable going forward.


Together we archive what's no longer needed, organise important messages and put simple folders, rules and processes in place so your inbox becomes a supportive workspace rather than a source of stress.


This isn't just a tidy-up - it's a sustainable fresh start.

Ongoing monthly support

Many clients choose a monthly package so they have consistent, reliable support and dedicated time each month.

5 hours   — £175
10 hours — £350
20 hours — £640
30 hours — £900
40 hours — £1200


Many clients start with a small package and we review together once support is underway. 


Packages provide priority support and help create continuity, consistency and calmer day-to-day operations. 

One-off support

Ideal for projects such as Inbox Detox or focused pieces of work - £35 per hour

A flexible approach to support

Clients sometimes ask for support beyond my core services — such as organising documents, creating simple client materials or bringing structure to ideas. Where it fits alongside my existing work, I’m always happy to help.
