Hello, I’m Frances, founder of Frantastic Virtual Assistant.
My career has been built on trust, efficiency and a strong understanding of complex business environments.
I spent 18 years working as an Executive Assistant in the fast-paced world of investment consulting, followed by 8 years in client onboarding, supporting the contracting and smooth transition of corporate pension scheme clients.
This experience means I’m comfortable managing detail, bringing structure to busy workloads and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes — skills I now bring to the business owners I support today.
When I’m not supporting clients, I’m at home in Smallfield, Surrey with my husband, two teenage daughters and a full house that includes a golden retriever and two cats. To recharge, you’ll usually find me at the gym, at a spin class or enjoying yoga and Pilates. I also love cooking, spending time with family and getting absorbed in a good documentary or crime drama.
